I enjoyed this class so much. I chose this class beause I like Mr.Walker and I want to skill up my English talking. I had little chance to talk English. So I am glad to speak in English without shame in this class. Mr.Walker and classmates teached and helped me, so I could study delightfully. I thank them kindly. And I want to skill my talking up futher more.

Susan Boyle is 47years old. And she does not have good appearance so much. But she became the big star. She has so beautiful voice which can impress many people. when I listened her song for the first time, I was suprised by her song and her gap between appearance and voice. I think top star needs for the gap or big impact. And she has good character, I think. I like her saying "It is a part of myself". I think she encourages many people who want to be singer but who are'nt sure of them appearance to be stars. I think appearance does not relate to be star.

In Japan, it is thought that beautyful women are thin women. So a lot of Japanese women often say that they want to be thin. And they absolutely have experience of the diet.

Especially young ladys want to be thin. And they long to be slim body like the top models I put on top of this page. Therefore they go on diet.

But they have often done wrong diret: eating nothing, eating only vegetable, doing excessive exercise and so on. So some of them have been capable of anorexia.

I do not think that only being slim is beauty. I also think that it makes beauty to spend healthy life: having regular meal, doing proper exercise and having enough time to sleep. Of caurse, we have to have relax time.

If we live every day such a like, surely we get real beauty, I think. Being in good health is the base of beauty.

About The Simpsons

I watched The Simpsons animation in this class for the first time and I thought it so funny. Of course, I have known it since I was an elementary school student. So it has been so famous animation even in Japan. It is used for CM in Japan.

I think its characters are intimate with everyone because of their humor. Their foolish action and jokes make us laugh. And then, this animation takes many social phenomenon. For example, the movie on the top of this blog pick up the big problem, air pollution.

So this animation is not just a gag cartoon for kids. Whatever people of various generation watch it, almost of them can enjoy and become to like it. I think Japanese animations are basically for children. So I want animations people of many generation can think we want to watch to be made in Japan too.
